Today, we are proud to announce the official appointment of Estherla Banson, a dedicated human rights activist, as our Safeguarding & Welfare Officer.This appointment marks a significant step in strengthening our commitment to player protection, child rights, and inclusive development across all levels of the academy. In this role, Estherla Banson will:
• Lead the implementation of safeguarding and child protection policies
• Establish safe and confidential reporting systems for players
• Monitor staff/volunteer conduct and ensure accountability
• Promote gender inclusion and support the growth of girls’ football
• Provide guidance and support to vulnerable players
• Engage parents and guardians to build trust and transparency

Her work will align with internationally recognized frameworks, ensuring that every player at Cratos is protected, respected, and given equal opportunity to thrive.At Cratos, we believe that true development happens in a safe environment—where every child feels valued, heard, and empowered both on and off the pitch.
