OUR DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK

FOOTBALL TRAINING REGIME

We organize daily training sessions to refine players’ technical skills, tactical, mental and physical strength, with weekly training matches to build competitive experience. Participation in seasonal tournaments strengthens their game, while our annual football competitions and festivals provide a platform to showcase their progress.

EDUCATION

We monitor our players’ weekday academic activities and assignments, ensuring a balanced approach to sports and education. Daily football reading enhances tactical knowledge, and termly international language lessons prepare them for global opportunities.

LEADERSHIP & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Our weekly life-skills and leadership seminars equip players with valuable qualities beyond the field. Through our annual player mentorship and football coaching program we develop their, self-awareness, game awareness and leadership potential.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

We promote balanced daily nutrition , ensuring players get essential proteins, carbs, and hydration. Nutrition workshops guide them on smart meal choices. We facilitate NHIS registration & renewal , ensuring access to quality healthcare. Players benefit from emergency medical support, quarterly health check-ups , and injury prevention education. A dedicated physiotherapist supports recovery and well-being.

PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND GROWTH

Through regular assessments and one-on-one counseling, we help players make informed career choices in football, education, and personal growth.

INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE & OPPORTUNITIES

We equip our players with the skills and exposure needed to compete on the international stage. Through strategic partnerships, exchange programs, and scouting networks, we create pathways for players to access international tournaments, scholarships, and professional football opportunities.

OUR ACADEMY

The Akweley Astroturf, Kasoa

We have adopted the Akweley Park as our training match center, however use other standard pitches in Kasoa and it surrounding for training and matches.

The Academy Infastructure Plan

The Academy is an 18–20-acre football development campus designed to provide young players with the facilities and environment they need to train, learn, develop and pursue opportunities in football.

The Academy Infrastructure Master Plan brings together football training, education, accommodation, player welfare and administration within one integrated campus.

Academy Facilities

Main Football Pitch – for competitive matches, tournaments and major football activities.
Training Pitches – dedicated spaces for technical, tactical and physical football development.
Mini Stadium – providing a professional match environment for academy games and tournaments.
Classroom Block – supporting academic education, football education, tactical sessions and video analysis.
Dormitory Block – providing residential accommodation for academy players.
Library – supporting academic study, research and personal development.
Administration Block – managing the Academy’s football and operational activities.
Staff Residence – accommodation for coaches and academy personnel.
Dining Hall – supporting the daily nutritional and social needs of players and staff.
