Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cratos Academy strives to provide fair and transparent payment policies.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are generally non-refundable once registration has been confirmed.

Programme Fees

Refund requests submitted before a programme begins may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once a programme has started, refunds are generally not available except in exceptional circumstances approved by Cratos Academy.

Event Cancellation

If Cratos Academy cancels an event or programme, participants may receive:

• A full refund, or
• Credit toward a future programme.

Volunteer Programmes

Volunteer programme deposits and participation fees may be subject to separate agreements depending on travel arrangements and partner requirements.

Merchandise

Items may be exchanged or refunded only if received damaged or incorrect.

Payment Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days.
