Cratos International Player Development
The Cratos International Player Development Programme is a pathway for talented players aged 16–18, combining education, football development, scouting and professional opportunities.
The programme is open to student-players seeking football and education opportunities in Europe and other part of the word, providing support through:
- Education – academic progression and life skills.
- Player Development – technical, tactical, physical and mental development.
- Scouting – identification and exposure to clubs, academies and scouts.
- Professional Pathways – opportunities for trials, scholarships, academy placements and international football.

Long-Term Player Development
Cratos Football Club is committed to nurturing young talent from age 5 to 18 through a structured, long-term development pathway that combines professional football training, formal education, and values-based personal growth and leadership development.

Football Training: Daily sessions, age-specific drills, matches, tournament, league and mentorship
Academic Education: GES-aligned schooling with exam support and supervised study.
Health & Nutrition: Meal plans, physical screening, hygiene, and fitness care.
Character & Leadership: Character development, and leadership & personal development.
Sport Career Training: foundational training in sport journalism, Coaching and Refereeing.
Weekend Soccer Clinics
The weekend training programme focuses on structured football training that equips young players with the fundamental skills and horn their potential for professional growth.

Cratos Football Club runs open non-residential soccer clinic for children between the 5 years and 13 years during school vacation periods to help young players to improve their football skills.
