Mathias Donkor is the Founder and President of Cratos Football Club, established in 2013 in Kasoa, Ghana. He has dedicated more than a decade to creating opportunities for young people through football, education, and personal development.

Under his leadership, Cratos has grown from a grassroots football initiative into a football development organization focused on nurturing young talent both on and beyond the pitch.

Mathias believes that football development should go beyond technical ability. His approach combines football, education, character and leadership, helping young players develop the discipline, knowledge, and confidence needed for life and sport.

As President, he provides the strategic direction of the club, develops partnerships and programmes, and leads efforts to create pathways for players to access higher levels of football, education and international opportunities.

His vision is to build Cratos  into a sustainable football development environment where talented young people can receive quality training, education, and opportunities to fulfill their potential.
