‎CRATOS FC LAUNCHES INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WITH Club Deportivo Isoba

‎Cratos FC, a youth football academy based in Ghana dedicated to developing talented players through sport, education, and character formation, has officially launched the Cratos–Isoba International Development Program in partnership with Club Deportivo Isoba, a respected youth football institution located in Segovia, Spain.

‎The newly established program creates a structured pathway for promising young Ghanaian footballers to gain international exposure through elite training, academic support, and competitive football opportunities in Spain.
‎Through the program, selected players from Cratos FC will have the opportunity to travel to Spain to live, train, and continue their academic development under the supervision of CD Isoba’s professional technical staff. Participating players will also compete in youth competitions within the Castilla y León region, one of Spain’s well-recognized football development environments.

‎The Cratos–Isoba International Development Program will focus on identifying and nurturing talented players between the ages of 13 and 18 while ensuring that participants continue their education and personal development alongside football training.

‎Speaking on the launch of the program, Mathias Donkor, Founder of Cratos FC, stated:
‎“The Cratos–Isoba International Development Program represents a major step forward in our mission to provide young Ghanaian footballers with structured opportunities for international development. Our goal is not only to develop great players but also responsible young people who can succeed both on and off the pitch.”

International Development Program As part of the program, Cratos FC willorganize annual international talent identification trials and development camps, where outstanding players will be selected for advanced training opportunities within the partnership framework.

‎The initiative will also include technicalknowledge exchange between both clubs, mentorship opportunities for young athletes, and exposure to international football scouts monitoring emerging talent in Africa.

‎Club Deportivo Isoba is known for its strong youth development philosophy and competitive participation in the 1ª Regional Castilla y León Juvenil League, providing an environment where young players combine high-level football training with academic supervision and cultural integration.
‎Cratos FC believes the program will strengthen the bridge between African and European youth football development systems while creating meaningful opportunities for talented players to reach their full potential.
